Series III - Spinner Hangers

Blast cleaning complicated parts is no problem for spinner hangers. High volume parts are shot blasted utilizing a tree fixture to hang single or multiple parts. Spinner hangers present parts on rotating work hooks which spin in front of the blast wheels. This is the best blast cleaning method for parts that can't be tumbled. Designed with ease of access to all maintenance points.

Standard Spinner Hangers
  • Model 3100 Single Spinner Door
    This model is designed for ease of loading with work hook and rotating mechanism mounted on work door.
  • Model 3100-2 Double Spinner Door
    Similar to single spinner door but with two work doors. Each door is capable of closing the blasting chamber, leaving the other door open for loading and unloading while the parts on the closed door are being blasted. Waiting time is eliminated by this innovative double door system.

Turnstile Spinner Hanger
Increase your blast cleaning productivity with this highly efficient turnstile spinner hanger. A large rotating drum, divided into two or more blast chambers with work hooks, allows for loading of one compartment while another is being blasted. When blast cleaning is complete, the entire drum rotates, moving the next loaded section into the blast wheel chamber and the newly blasted section out for unloading and reloading.

Pictured model is a three wheel turnstile with a 36" diameter work circle and a 42" work height. Concept is adaptable to multiple blast compartments and up to six blast wheels.
